I offer you more than three decades of practice, teaching and heart. We will work

together, in the privacy of your home, creating an individualized set of postures

to address your body’s needs.  Other benefits, include relieving emotional stress

and anxiety. Each session will finish with a guided deep relaxation/yoga nidra.
